Terry did once have the experience to be captain of "Three Lions" before the job was suspended by coach Fabio Capello on 7 February. He lost the captain's armband from the affair with the wife of former teammate at Chelsea, Wayne Bridge.
Recently Capello will consider re-appoint Terry as captain when England against Wales at the European Championship qualifier on 26 March. That's because Rio Ferdinand and Steven Gerrard should be absent because of injury.
"I do not say anything when he pulled off the team. Obviously, this decision of the national team and he will be happy,"said Ancelotti.
Ancelotti believes Terry could carry out his duties as captain, as he did with Chelsea. "I'm just interested in seeing him training well and appear quite fantastic at this time. He is a Chelsea player. He has exceptional experience. He has the personality to be captain here," the Italian coach beber.
